3 Shades of Beauty is a women's advocate organization dedicated to empowering women, educating communities, and advocating against domestic violence. We strive to create impactful events such as fashion shows, poetry readings, and workshops to achieve our mission. Additionally, we aim to share educational resources and merchandise to raise domestic violence awareness. We partner with local shelters and organizations to assist in the mission.

Domestic Violence
Around 1 in 3 women & 1 in 4 men have experience domestic violence. On average, 20 people per minute are physically abused by an intimate partner in the United States, resulting in more than 10 million abuse victims annually.
IMPACT OF DV
Victims of domestic violence can experience numerous health problems, including physical injuries, mental health disorders (such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD), and chronic conditions like heart disease or gastrointestinal issues.
OBSTACLES OF LEAVING
Victims encounter numerous hurdles when attempting to leave abusive relationships, including fear of the abuser, financial dependence, lack of support networks, cultural or religious beliefs, and concerns for their children's safety, along with the complex dynamics of power by the abuser, often lead many victims to return to abusive relationships.
